Each camp has a MAX, receive coaching cues and personal feedback directly from your coach

Do I need to follow Pure Elements Progression Camps?
Although it is recommended you do not need to follow the progression series. We feel that it is important to personally decide where your current lifestyle is before choosing your camp.
Everyone who registers will be treating the same. Pure Element will never allow for you to perform any exercise or lifts that could jeopardize your health.
