Motivational Hours (4 hours)
Your personal trainer provides feedback on critical fitness and health measures that demonstrate progress and maintain motivation. Metrics include calculating your target heart rate in order to achieve the maximum benefit from your exercise program. Your improvement is tracked using a heart rate monitor with proper rest/recovery ratio, to record changes in aerobic /anaerobic capacity. You can observe the positive change of your cardio vascular capacity over the length of your program.
Training Hours (8 hours)
Working one-on-one with a fully qualified coach you will achieve your fitness goals. Learn how to properly execute exercises that develop a strong foundation through proper movement patterns. Uncover your inner abilities with motivational support from your fitness coach to help reach beyond your self imposed limitations. We teach more than how to exercise by working with you to develop new behaviours and life habits. Resulting in achieving long lasting fitness and health, your commitment and our expert guidance will bring a new level of personal confidence.
Monthly Event (1 events/ 1.5 hours)
Creating new behaviours and habits is at the centre of an effective and sustainable fitness program. We know the value of building new social connections around fitness activities is an important part of creating a new lifestyle. Based on lifestyle activities of interest, you will participate in a monthly event designed to apply what you have learned, meet others who are building a healthy lifestyle, work alongside our motivators at Pureelement Health and Training and of course, to have fun.
