KETTLE BELL CAMP
(1x/week for 8 weeks)
This is an 8-week semi-private training program that will introduce you to the core movements of kettlebell lifting. This class is for individuals of all different fitness levels. You will learn how to execute complex movements safely and with confidence. You will learn a variety of lifts and come away from this 8-week program with hands on knowledge of the following core lifts plus an assortment of other known-traditional kettlebell lifts.
