HIIT CAMP
(2x/week for 4 weeks)
Ever wanted to train at a high intensity level as if you were training for an MMA fight, your NHL draft year or the lead role in an action movie? Well now you can with Pure Elements High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) camps. When was the last time you took your frustrations out on a tire with a sledge hammer? Battled your partner looking to conquer the tire flip? Or lifted a variety of heavy sand bags other than just to weigh down the back of your 1989 RWD Mazda b2000 truck? With the use of tractor tires, sledge hammers, battling ropes, medicine balls, TRX suspension system, sand bags and kettle bells, get that high performing athletic body you want.
Although it is recommended but not necessary, HIIT camp one of the final progressions in the series of Pure Elements progression periodization camps.
Progress through our 4 week HIIT program and learn how to perform proper complex multi joint movements, a variety of technical lifting techniques through all planes of movement and work within different interval training progressions to improve your resilience, enzymatic reactions and physiological adaptations. Training at a high intensity level does not equal high impact. HIIT is a very physically demanding and intense camp that progresses you through a 4 week cycle, twice per week with low impact.
This HIIT camp is limited to a maximum of 6 people.
