DEVELOPING A STRONG BASE CAMP
(1x/week for 6 weeks)
The series of body weight exercises presented in the developing a strong base camp (DSB) are designed to teach you the basics. We will assist you on reaching your physical potential by progressing you through a variety of foundational exercises necessary to move safely to the next step. These exercises include performing correct push-ups, planks, bridges, lunges and squats, plus more.
DSB is the first course of Pure Elements 4 recommended progression camps for those who need a brush up with their techniques, want to learn new coaching cues or are recovering from an old injury and need to learn how activate those dormant muscles, increase/maintain their mobility or strengthen their stability.
Advance through this 6 week camp with confidence. Each week you will progress and build through more challenging exercises. You will learn proper form and develop a strong base with the assistance of a certified coach. You will learn a variety of coaching cues and analogies to assist you in performing each exercise correctly.
